Patricia Tiernan Waugh (Engr ’90 L/M) and her husband, Steve Waugh, welcomed their third and fourth children, Virginia Elizabeth and William Thomas, on Oct. 20, 2008. “Ginnie” and William join brothers Robbie, 5; and Michael, 3. The family resides in Lorton, Va.
