Thomas L. Rouse (Engr ’75 L/M) was awarded the Community Service Awards by the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and the University of Kentucky Law Alumni Association. He is a past president of the Kentucky Bar Association and has been a practicing attorney since 1978. He is an adjunct professor of Law at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He recently wrote Applied Ethics: Because Your Law License is Too Valuable to Lose and loves gathering with the Virginia Football Alumni Club before games at Scott Stadium. His daughter and son-in-law are Hillary Rouse Billingsley (Col ’05) and Jamie Billingsley (Com ’05).

Thomas Rouse (Engr ’75 CM) is serving his second term as mayor of Erlanger, Ky. A lawyer who is currently serving a one-year term as president of the Kentucky Bar Association, Mr. Rouse maintains a private solo law practice and plans to create a task force to study what to do with abandoned law practices.

Thomas L. Rouse (Engr ’74 L/M) was elected to a second consecutive four-year term as mayor of Erlanger, Ky. An attorney in sole practice in Erlanger, Mr. Rouse was also selected vice-chair of the Kenton County Mayors’ group, an organization of mayors and government officials that meets monthly to consider and discuss issues affecting northern Kentucky local government. He is also vice president of the Kentucky Bar Association.
