Jacob Uskavitch

Jacob Uskavitch (Col ’17 CM) has completed his medical training. After graduation from UVA, Uskavitch received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College and trained at TriStar Southern Hills Family Medicine Residency program in Nashville, Tennessee. In June, Uskavitch completed an addiction medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He looks forward to his medical career serving his patients and his community.
