Stefan Sittig

Stefan Sittig (Col ’94 CM) published Latinidad in Musical Theatre, an exploration of the contribution and representation of Latine artists in musical theatre, with Bloomsbury/Methuen Drama in 2026. In September, he returned to UVA to celebrate its publication and reconnect with the university community. Sittig is a director, choreographer, fight director, educator and author based in the Washington, D.C., area. Currently, he is at work on his second book, Graciela Daniele: A Critical Companion, which examines he career and legacy of the acclaimed Tony Award-winning Argentine Broadway director and choreographer.
