Kristen Sagar (Col ’02, Grad ’03 CM)
James Riley Sagar (Col ’03) and Kristen Patton Sagar (Col ’02/Grad ’03) welcomed their second daughter, Charlotte Lee, on July 16, 2012. Charlotte joins big sister Elizabeth Anne (“Ella”), 3. The Sagars live in Savannah, Georgia, where Dr. Sagar is a radiology resident at Memorial Hospital and Mrs. Sagar works as an attorney/telecommuter while staying at home with their daughters.
Corbin Campbell (Col ’03)
Corbin Campbell (Col ’03) received a doctorate in educational policy from the higher education program at the University of Maryland in May 2012. She is now a tenure-track professor of higher education at Teachers College, Columbia University, in New York City.

John Hakim (Col ’88 CM)
John Hakim (Col ’88 CM) earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1993 and has been practicing cardiology for 15 years. For the past eight years, Dr. Hakim has practiced in Maryland’s Prince George’s and Calvert Counties.
David Christiansen (Col ’90 CM)
David Christiansen (Col ’90 CM) is the chief credit officer of National Cooperative Bank and a member of the bank’s executive management team. He is responsible for setting loan policy, managing the credit and loan closing departments and providing credit oversight to all areas of NCB. Additionally, he handles the management of all credit concentrations and regulatory audit requirements. Prior to his role at NCB, Mr. Christiansen worked as a director at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in New York City and as a vice president at JP Morgan Chase, also in New York. Mr. Christiansen previously worked at NCB from 1998 to 2000 as an assistant vice president responsible for national business development and credit management for NCB’s commercial real estate portfolio.
Scott Barton (Grad ’12)
Scott Barton (Grad ’12) is an assistant professor of music in the department of humanities and art at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass. He is a composer, musician, producer, programmer and instrument builder who conducts research in music technology and perception. His research interests include electroacoustic composition, music cognition and auditory perception, musical robotics and artificial musical intelligence.
Kevin Martin (Com ’10, Com ’11)
Kevin Martin (Com ’10, Com ’11) married Sarah Tacoronte on Aug. 6, 2011, in Chesapeake, Va. The couple resides in Northern Virginia, where Mr. Martin works as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Paul Keller (Arch ’09)
Paul Keller (Arch ’09) received a Master of Architecture degree from the Ohio State University in June 2012. He now works for the architecture firm of Tymoff & Moss in Norfolk, Va.

Jana Natarajamurthi (Col ’08)
Jana Natarajamurthi (Col ’08) is an associate attorney in the business law group at Bernstein Shur in Portland, Maine. Her practice focuses on general corporate and business matters, technology transactions and trademark issues. Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Ms. Natarajamurthi was an associate with Pabian & Russell in Boston, where she served privately and publicly held companies and focused her practice on business contracts, taxation, trademark applications and intellectual property matters.

Darice Hickey (Col ’06)
Darice Hickey (Col ’06) is an associate attorney with the Buffalo, N.Y., law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax planning.
Susan Komoroske (Col ’04 CM)
Susan Komoroske (Col ’04 CM) and Peter Sheeran (Com ’04 L/M) were married on Sept. 29, 2012, in Charlottesville. The couple resides in New York City, where Ms. Sheeran is a senior conference planner at RBC Capital Markets and Mr. Sheeran is a partner at Cannae Advisors, a subadvisor to Paloma Partners.
Jason Damweber (Col ’04)
Amanda Singleton Damweber (Engr ’04) welcomed their first son, Emmett, on Oct. 24, 2012.
Richard Massony (Law ’12)
Stefanie Vuori (Col ’03 L/M) were married on Oct. 20, 2012, in Scottsville, Va. Ms. Vuori works for the Carlyle Group and Mr. Massony is an attorney with Crowell & Moring. The couple resides in Arlington, Va.
Daniel Mulloy (Med ’07)
Michele Shea Mulloy (Col ’03) welcomed their first child, Robert Patrick, on Oct. 5, 2012. The family resides in Seattle.
Kate Leonard (Com ’03 CM)
Kate Leonard (Com ’03 CM) married Michael Lane Fordyce Jr. on Oct. 6, 2012, at Castle Hill Cider in Keswick, Va. Ms. Fordyce is an attorney for the Social Security Administration in Charlottesville and Mr. Fordyce is a deputy sheriff in Culpeper County, Va. The couple and Mr. Fordyce’s daughter, Haylynn, 11, reside in Madison County, Va.
Andrew Abela (Darden ’03)
Andrew Abela (Darden ’03) has been appointed dean of the newly created School of Business and Economics at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Mr. Abela is an expert on the integrity of the marketing process, including marketing ethics, Catholic social doctrine and internal communications. He has written two books, published articles in several academic journals and is co-editor of A Catechism for Business: Tough Ethical Questions and Insights from Catholic Teaching, forthcoming from Catholic University of America Press.
Kevin Passerini (Col ’02)
Kevin Passerini (Col ’02) has been elected to the board of councilors of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. In addition to this new role, he will continue to serve as chair of the recently formed Young Friends of HSP, which provides outreach to attract younger members of the local community and raises funds to preserve and catalogue collections. Mr. Passerini is an attorney in the corporate litigation group in the Philadelphia office of Blank Rome. He also regularly provides pro bono legal services, earning him an honor from the Louisiana Supreme Court for pro bono legal services he provided in the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Jodi Elliott (Col ’02 CM)

Jodi Elliott (Col ’02 CM) and her husband, James Watson, welcomed their first son, August Elliott Macrae Watson, on Nov. 28, 2012. The family lives in Princeton, N.J., where Mr. Watson is a postdoctoral research fellow and Ms. Elliott is taking time to be a mom before figuring out what’s next.

Emily Dowling (Col ’02) and Jeff Rudnicki (Darden ’11) welcomed their first child, a daughter, Margaret “Maisie” Chase, on Oct. 20, 2012. Maisie is the niece of Stuart Dowling (Com ’05).

Jeff Rudnicki (Col ’02, Com ’05, Darden ’11) and Emily Dowling (Col ’02) welcomed their first child, a daughter, Margaret “Maisie” Chase, on Oct. 20, 2012. Maisie is the niece of Stuart Dowling (Com ’05).
Colin Allen (Col ’03 CM)
Colleen Colby Allen (Col ’02 L/M) welcomed their first child, Margaret Campbell, on Oct. 3, 2012. Margaret is the granddaughter of Conway Allen (Com ’74 L/M) and the niece of Sherrie Colby (Col ’06, Educ ’06 L/M). The Allens reside in Arlington, Va.
